I called Jones Septic Tank Cleaning upon referral. We had used another company for over 10 years and never felt overly impressed with their customer service. Jones answered their phone immediately, and Mr. Jones scheduled our service for the very next morning! They called/texted to confirm and announce they were on their way. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. This is a family-owned business, and I am thankful and grateful for their honest and upstanding work ethic! We will use them and refer business to them every chance we get!
